Wine Tasting on the Gold Coast

The Gold Coast is quickly becoming as famous for its peaceful hinterland wineries as it is for its spectacular beaches and vibrant city nightlife. Here are just three notable vineyards where you can wine and dine in stunning natural surroundings during your getaway at our Broadbeach family accommodation.

Mount Nathan Winery
Tucked away within the rolling hills of the hinterland, Mount Nathan Winery opens its doors six days a week to visitors keen to try its selection of fine wines. The award winning winery offers a fantastic tour package that includes wine tasting direct from the barrel and a tour of the beautiful and expansive site, including a look at the vineyard’s famous honey farm. Treat yourself to a bottle of their fabulous Chardonnay, Merlot or Bubbly brut direct from their Cellar Door.

Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard & Winery
Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard and Winery at Tambourine Mountain is one if the biggest and best wine producers in Queensland. The vineyard’s Hidden Creek Pink Muscato and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2010 are year round favourites, while the restaurant, complete with scenic outdoor decking area, is an idyllic place to enjoy lunch.

O'Reilly's Canungra Valley Vineyards
Situated within the tranquil Canugra Valley, O’ Reilly’s Vineyards is a historic homestead and premium boutique vineyard, just a short drive from our Broadbeach family accommodation. The renowned vineyard prides itself on its diverse selection of wines that includes the quirkily titled Platypus Play Devine Red and the Vince Reserve Verdelho 2010. After sampling a few of the best wines on offer at the Cellar Door, escape to the Vintage Restaurant for Devonshire Tea.
