Check In Instructions:

After hours check-in is available by request direct to the resort.
Reception hours: Daily 7.00am - 7.00pm.

PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION OR A CASH BOND OF $200 REQUIRED UPON CHECK IN.
Unallocated underground car parking is available however it is limited to first come, first served basis. Management or Body corporate will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicle or property. Street parking is available for free 24 hours a day. Please observe council restrictions.

Hotel transfers and Limo service is avalable, please enquire at reception on +617 5504 4444

Police station is available within 100 meters of the resort.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are NOT allowed under any circumstances, however, we are happy to rebook the stay for another date.

Notification of cancellations must be made more than 14 days before arrival with a $25 cancelation fee. Notification after this period will result in 50% forfeiture of money paid and notification within 48 hours before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment made.

*Please note that the 2% credit card surcharge is non refundable.*

Deposit Policy:

At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged for the full amount by Broadbeach Savannah upfront with a 2% credit card surcharge fee added. This is the total deposit required to be paid today to confirm the booking.
