5.30am - National Memorial Service at the Australian War Memorial
11.30am - reflection time, The Ode, The Last Post and a minute’s silence
6.55pm - Message to all from Governor-General David Hurley
RSL Queensland will also be hosting an online audio stream of their annual Light Up the Dawn service on April 25, which will include The Ode, The Last Post and other national songs performed by Australian Army Band Brisbane.
Across the nation this ANZAC Day and due to the unprecedented circumstances we’re all facing, Australians and New Zealanders will be standing on their driveways, front yards and balconies to pay respects to the brave Australian and New Zealand Army Corps who gave their lives at Gallipoli in 1915, so be sure to join in no matter where you are.
