Ben & Jerry’s Openair Cinemas will drop by the Gold Coast from October 15 to November 8, 2015 to bring you your favourite movies while munching on some delicious food and sipping on some ice cold beverages from the in house licensed bar called The Jar Bar.
Happening in Broadbeach’s Kurrawa Park, the outdoor event will start featuring films at 7pm every day, but before that, attendees will first be filled with great live music beginning 5pm every Wednesday and Thursday, and 4pm every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The music performers will be some of the best Australian artists and new talented local musicians.
Come Sundays, Ben & Jerry’s will have its Sundae Session where there will be amazing live music, plus free Ben & Jerry’s ice cream for every attendee. Some of the artists to watch out for are Kate Miller-Heidke, The Cat Empire, Hungry Kids of Hungary, Kisschasy, Jack Carty, Winter People, Tara Simmons, Dan Parsons, Ashleigh Mannix, and a whole lot more.
When it comes to the movies, some of the featured films are Grease Sing-a-Long, Fury Road, Inside Out, Gremlins, Everest, The Intern, Point Break, Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, Minions, and Trainwreck, among others.
